Cell Phones: Turn it off!  You deserve to know the feeling of being unreachable for an hour or two.  It’s refreshing!

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are late I will not be able to extend as that would cut into someone else’s session.  Likewise, please do not come early for your session as I will not be able to take patients early. This is because I need time between sessions to change linens, rest my hands, and take some time to center so that I can be fresh and recharged for your session.  You deserve my best.

Cancellation: Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. A 24 hour advance notice is required in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy applies to gift certificates and an appointment canceled within the 24 hour window may result in the loss of gift certificate or voucher.

The 1’st late cancellation or no-show will be forgiven as we are all human and things to come up unexpectedly sometimes. 

The 2’nd late cancellation or no-show will result in a $45 fee for 60 min appointments and a $60 fee for 90 minute appointment.   This fee may be drafted from whatever credit card is held on file.

The 3’rd late cancellation or no-show will require full payment of the service missed and non-refundable prepayment for future services due at time of booking.

Late Arrival: All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.  Late arrival of more than 15 minutes will necessitate rescheduling of that appointment after payment of the full price of service.

Health Conditions: Please advise me at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.  If you are ill, please reschedule your service as soon as possible.  Massage is contraindicated for anyone who is sick or feeling that they may be getting sick.

Nature of Services: All treatments are completely non-sexual.  Sexual advances and inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.  If professional boundaries are broken your service will be terminated immediately, you will pay the full price of your treatment, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  No exceptions.

Refunds: All sales are final.  No refunds will be given for services rendered or for packages or gift certificates, used or unused.  Unused packages and gift certificates may be transferred to another person if you are unable to use them.

Gratuity: If you choose to leave a little extra, please know that I will use it to cover the cost of service for someone in need who cannot afford my services.
